1. The above Rates are early booking discounts, rates may increase by September 2013.
2. Government Taxes would be charged extra as mentioned herein above & are subject to change.
3. Reservations will be confirmed against 100% advance payments.
4. Confirmation would be given on first come first service basis.
5. Cancellation: 30 days before arrival date - 100% Refund,
   15 days before arrival date - 50% Refund,
   Less than 5 days before arrival date / Change in Schedule druing the stay - No Refund.
6. Telephone calls, Internet, Personal laundry, and other additional service requested will be charged extra.

CHILD POLICY:-

1. Children below 5 years are Complimentary.
2. Children between 5 to 12 years will be charged Euro 32 Per Night on AP Basis inclusive of Tax
